Return and refund policy

All ShapeSix products are shipped in the original packaging from the manufacturer/supplier, however manufacturing defects or handling issues can occur in rare circumstances. If this happens then we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Defective or damaged items: If you encounter a defect with the item or you receive the wrong size or color, your item doesn't fit, then kindly contact us and we'll assist you to process your return and provide you with a refund or a replacement.

Unsatisfied with your purchase: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, then you have 14 days, after receiving your package(s), to return your items and request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Refunds are issued within 7 days after receiving your return. You will receive your refund on same payment method you used to place your order.

Situations where only partial refunds are granted or refunds are refused.

- Items that are opened or that have been used cannot be refunded. This includes products where the labels has been removed.
- Items returned after 14 days from receiving the package(s).
- Items returned without prior contacting our support and notifying about the issue.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your item and you wish to exchange it please contact our support within 14 days from receiving your item. Your item must be in its original package and unused in order to be eligible for replacement.

Our Returns Process

- You can request a return by contacting ShapeSix Support through Contact us form or email within 14 calendar days of taking delivery of the item.
- You may be requested to provide photos and/or videos to verify the issue or condition of the item. This is necessary to further process the claim or refund, therefore we may not be able to proceed if this is not available or clearly visible. In exceptional cases, we may be able to issue a refund with no need to return the item.
- If the item needs to be returned, you can coordinate directly with the courier to schedule a convenient date and time for collection. Your return item should be handed over to the courier without unreasonable delay in order to be returned within 14 days.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging in an unused and new condition, including all parts, accessories, and manuals that were included with the product. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. It is expected to return the items with a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance
- Once the item has been received by ShapeSix, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

Returns costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s). All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
